In 1945 a group of people met for dinner at the Cleveland Hotel to form a literary club whch became the Little Theatre of Spartanburg. The Little Theatre and Youth Theatre are both largely volunteer organizations. They retain a full time professional staff, and use professionals for guest directors, musical directors, musicians and choreographers.
Shows are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays (and some Saturdays) at 3 p.m.
