‘Raisin in the Sun’, ‘Lost Highway,’ ‘Little Shop’ Top Upstate Theatre Awards

Polls closed Tuesday night for the Upstate Theatre Awards – formerly the Carolina Curtain Call Awards – and the winners have been tabulated. And there were some surprises indeed – Newsies and Bright Star were early favorites to take home the top prizes. Thank you to all who voted and thank you Upstate theatres for another year (or half year) of incredible stage magic.

Please note any entries that did not follow directions or write-ins that were outside the specified dates of September 1, 2019 – August 31, 2020 were not counted.
