Las Vegas Offers Free Thanksgiving Turkeys to Families in Need

City of North Las Vegas: On November 23, starting at 8 a.m., the City of North Las Vegas will distribute turkeys and bread at Liberty Park (2250 Las Vegas Blvd N) for the first 400 attendees.

Clark County Commissioner Justin Jones: Partnering with local organizations, Commissioner Jones will distribute free turkeys and sides on November 25 at the Lied Memorial Boys & Girls Club from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. This event is first-come, first-served, and each vehicle will receive one turkey.

Nevada Homes for Youth: On November 23, Nevada Homes for Youth will be giving away free turkeys at 525 S. 13th St. from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. One turkey per household will be distributed while supplies last. For more information, visit Nevada Homes for Youth’s website.

100 Black Men of Las Vegas & Friends: On November 27, the 100 Black Men of Las Vegas & Friends will provide free Thanksgiving dinners to seniors, veterans, and families in need at Nevada Partners from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Paul Powell’s Turkey Giveaway: On November 20, Paul Powell’s will distribute 500 turkeys and fresh groceries, as well as gift cards, at The Just One Project. Be sure to arrive early to get your turkey while supplies last.
